List of Controlled Items

The Company may accept the following items with conditions, subject to review by staff (or agents):

1. Devices with lithium-ion batteries
2. Household cleaning products
3. Paints and varnishes
4. Adhesives
5. Pest control products
6. Cigarettes and any other tobacco products
7. Thermometers

Conditions:

1. No leaking, cracked, or visibly damaged items will be accepted
2. For liquids, each item must be packaged in a sturdy, leak-proof container, that is sealed to prevent any spillage
3. Pest-control products must be labelled, identifying their ingredients and potential health hazards clearly
